|Recommended: YesMy son is renting his first apartment to where it’s just him as sole lease holder. The staff there has been more than helpful in guiding him through the process. They’ve kept open lines of communication by letting him know what’s the progress or what he needs to do 110 . As his father I was apprehensive about him venturing off taking on a great deal of responsibility. However the staff there has allayed my concerns where I feel confident in the fact that there will be no hidden costs. In fact probably one of the most reasonably priced apartments in that area. So needless to say I am impressed with their commitment to provide a decent unit at a decent price while guiding the person through the application process. I would and will recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in the Maryland Heights community

Living at Maryland Park Apartments has been an excellent experience for my family and me. The complex is incredibly clean, and the neighborhood is both safe and welcoming. We’ve found the community here to be very friendly, with many residents who share our background, which has made settling in even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights is the convenience of having several Indian grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to feel at home. The apartment is also located within a great school district, which is a huge plus for families with children.
Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our time here and have made wonderful memories with our family and friends. I highly recommend Maryland Park Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to call home.

|Recommended: YesOne Of The Best Rental Properties In St. Louis — Maryland park is one of the best rental properties I have found in Saint Louis area. After looking at dozens of apartments in different areas, it was overwhelming to decide a place. Some apartments had affordable rent, but the property was falling apart. Some apartments were newly renovated, but the rent was too high. Some apartments were out in the middle of nowhere. Then we checked out Maryland park. The staff was really helpful, provided upfront information about the application process, cost associated, utilities estimates, etc. Property managers Dre and Jalisa were really helpful throughout the process and made it super easy for us to find a new place for my parents. The property is newly renovated with new floors, kitchen appliances, bedrooms, bathroom, etc. The location is amazing with stores like Aldi, schnucks, Walgreens and restaurants like Chick-fil-A, DQ, Dominos, Andy's, etc nearby.
If you are looking for an apartment in Maryland heights area, check out Maryland park. You won't need to look any further
|Recommended: YesFantastic Staff, Poor Electrical Design — Overall, this seems to be a nice place to live after almost a full week. However, the bathroom and kitchen design are a bit poor. The bathroom’s only electrical outlet is on the wall opposite the sink, up high by the light switch. This makes using the outlet very inconvenient. Similarly, there is no microwave installed in the kitchen, and only one convenient outlet in the kitchen for all appliances, with one of the two plugs taken up by the microwave you have to buy. I’m not including the outlet at the end of the kitchen bar, as it is too far away from kitchen counter space to be convenient you would need to put the wire over counter space or around the cabinet, as opposed to hidden behind an appliance . Other small complaints would be fairly poor soundproofing arguments from neighbors outside are crystal clear and some small common apartment details, like painting over holes cracks in the wall or around windows, when more maintenance than just paint was probably warranted.
|Recommended: YesComfortable Living Appartment — I highly recommend Maryland Park Apartments to you. It is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and it provides quick access to both the 364 and 270 highways. The apartment is clean and quiet, making it a comfortable living space.
